Refunds

The short version

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and are not refundable in part. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves your access open until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the account screen. It takes two taps and there is no phone call, no retention offer, and no form to fill in. Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not end the period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until that period ends.

What is not refunded

• Part periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, the remainder of that cycle is not refunded.
• Unused applications. An allowance you did not spend is not refunded or carried forward.
• Expired credits. Credit packs expire three months after purchase and are not refunded.
• Accounts closed for breach. If we close an account for the reasons set out in the

Terms, no refund is due.

Your trial

The trial is free and ends at 20 applications or 7 days, whichever comes first. **Cancel at any point during the trial and you are not charged at all.** No refund is needed because no payment has been taken.

Failed submissions

If a submission fails, the application is returned to your allowance automatically. That is handled in the product and is not a refund, so you do not need to ask.

Where the law says otherwise

Some places give you refund or cancellation rights that a policy cannot remove. Where that is so, those rights apply and this policy does not limit them.
